We have noticed an uptick in potential clients reaching checkout and then abandoning their carts. We can only surmise that shipping costs and options are the issue, given all other factors being set and accounted for. Please let us know in the comments or by email how we may better serve you. Is shipping cost the primary limiting factor? Are there not enough international shipping options available? We have installed Shippo into our platform, which was intended to aid in solving the international shipping cost issue. Is that working, or is there room for improvements?
