While lunar meteorites are some of the most rare specimens, what makes this piece even more special is the very low total known weight of this find! There are many finds with huge total known weights, meaning a lot of that particular meteorite exists. This one has a TKW of only 354 grams! So this lunar specimen is a rarity amongst rarities!
